Short Form Video Editor for Medical Aesthetics Practice

Job description
We are a boutique nurse practitioner-led facial balance and regenerative aesthetics studio seeking a skilled short-form video editor for ongoing monthly work.
We're seeking a talented short form video editor to create engaging reels and TikTok content for our medical aesthetics practice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the aesthetics industry and be able to produce eye-catching videos that resonate with our audience.
You should be comfortable working with brand guidelines and transforming raw footage into captivating narratives that drive engagement.This role is focused on clean, professional editing for Instagram Reels and TikTok. The tone of the brand is clinical, elevated, and authority-driven — not trendy or flashy.
Responsibilities:
- Edit 8–12 short-form videos per month (30–60 seconds)
- Repurpose longer educational footage into multiple shorter clips
- Add clean, professional subtitles
- Light pacing edits (remove pauses, tighten flow)
- Add minimal on-screen headline text when appropriate
- Format and schedule posts for Instagram and TikTok
Important:
We do NOT want flashy transitions, heavy animations, or influencer-style editing. Clean, calm, medical authority tone only.
Requirements:
- Strong English comprehension
- Experience editing beauty, wellness, or medical content
- Ability to follow scripted messaging precisely
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Reliable turnaround within 48 hours per batch
Deliverables:
- Weekly batch edits
- Organized Google Drive workflow
- Final videos delivered ready to post
- Basic post scheduling
