PART-TIME TEAM LEAD

This position is responsible for helping to accomplish the goals and objectives of the location while having fun and creating the best experience for our consumers.

They will perform as a Manager on Duty tasks and ensure timely completion of opening and/or closing checklists.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Master all daily store tasks and assist in training new sales associates on performing these tasks.
Able to delegate responsibility effectively and provide clear directions to others.
Focus on Exceptional Customer Experience
Deliver a high level of operational excellence in all areas including visual merchandising, Loss prevention, cash handling, inventory control.
Find out customers needs, recommend, select and help locate the right merchandise

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED
Flexible work schedule ( which may include nights, weekends, holidays and long hours)and regular attendance is necessary
Desire to succeed in a high growth, fastpaced retail environment

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-28 per week

Salary:
$16.50-$17.50 per hour
