    As a Senior Analyst, Global Mobility Services your responsibilities will include:

    • Preparing and reviewing Canadian and US personal tax returns and related tax forms

    • Compiling and reviewing file and workpaper documentation

    • Participating in tax planning and analysis of client issues

    • Responding to requests for information from Canada Revenue Agency and the IRS

    • Researching tax queries for clients and colleagues related to Canadian and US personal income tax, payroll, social security and international tax treaties

    • Participating in year-end tax planning activities

    • Supervising and providing timely feedback to junior team members

    • Contributing to building our reputation as the preferred business advisors in key sectors of our growing practice

    Think you've got what it takes to be a Senior Analyst, Global Mobility Services? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:

    • Post-secondary degree/diploma

    • Relevant designation, or in pursuit of (e.g. Canadian or US CPA)

    • Minimum 2 years' experience in cross border/expatriate Canadian and US personal tax return preparation

    • Strong focus on exceptional client service and relationships

    • Strong planning and time management skills, with ability to balance competing demands

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proven problem solver with solid research and analytical skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

    • Ability to successfully work independently and as part of a team

    • Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members is considered an asset

    • Proficient with MS Office suite and tax software applications, with ability to quickly grasp new technology tools
