Responsibilities:


  • You will work with sellers to develop a pricing strategy that maximizes the value of their property.
  • Assisting sellers with offers, negotiations, and paperwork, offering expert guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Providing sellers with the convenience of handling property showings, including showings for potential unrepresented buyers.
  • Assisting buyers with their purchasing needs and providing them with Commission Rebates to enhance their buying experience.

Qualifications:


  • To be considered for this Real Estate Salesperson position in Calgary, AB, you must possess a valid Alberta Real Estate License.
  • Authorization to work in Canada is a mandatory requirement.
  • Joining PG Direct Realty Ltd as an Independent Consultant is essential.
  • Selfmotivation and drive are key qualifications needed for this role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are a musthave.
  • Previous sales experience is highly preferred for this position.
