Salesforce Administrator - Toronto, Canada - Achievers
Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall design direction, functionality, and scalability of Salesforce
- Responsible for the administration, customization, and integration of DocuSign CLM
- Provide technical expertise, leadership, and support to other CRM team members across multiple Salesforce projects and enhancements.
- Own complex projects and perform detailed analysis of internal stakeholders' business requirements.
- Provide end to end solution design, including integrations with systems outside the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Sign off on overall technical design developed by team members or outside vendors.
- Point of escalation for technical issues
- Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity
- Translate approved solutions into actionable work items for other team members and/or external consultants to implement.
- Develop and maintain standardized documentation.
- Identify production risks and areas for improvement.
- Prioritize, design, and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive accountability and standardization for LeadtoContract initiatives across systems, processes, and data management.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administration Certifications.
- In depth knowledge working with automation processes such as flows, workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, and other functionalities related to CPQ.
- Experience integrating with DocuSign CLM, including templates and merge tags.
- Experience with Release Management, Deployment, Source Control and Sandbox refresh processes.
- Proven creativity and problemsolving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems while providing direction to others
- Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management.
- Experience mentoring and coaching less experienced team members
- Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, handson, with a customer service mentality.
- Flexible with a demonstrated ability to embrace change.
Additional Considerations:
- Additional Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification, Salesforce Application Architect and/or Technical Architect certification.
- Experience developing programmatic Salesforce customizations using Apex and Visual Force
- Integration experience with NetSuite Oneworld
