You're a hands-on leader and will become an expert in all things painting - ensuring that every painter delivers on our key promises of friendly, uniformed painters; exceptional communication; start and finish on time; and Big Crews.

Painting a house in a day requires planning and precision to work together and ensure an exceptional experience for our customers.

Coaching and developing our team will be a big part in this role and the success that we all share.

The day-to-day will be full of variety, on the road and on a new site. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to act fast to plan and problem solve.

What we offer:

Fulltime, salaried position offering daytime shifts and a competitive base compensation with performance bonuses plus benefits after 3 months of employment
Paid training and onboarding plan to learn the ropes from the ground up
Training provided on core leadership skills such as: time management, goal setting and review, effective coaching events, situational leadership and customer focused selling.
A company vehicle is provided, therefore a valid, clean driver's license is required.
