Description
Process a high volume of supplier invoices- Allocate supplier invoices to accurate job numbers for job costing
- Reconcile payable subledger to vendor statements and follow up on any variances
- Collaborate with team members and provide job costing info
- Provide other bookkeeping duties for related companies when necessary
- Take occasional other office duties as assigned
Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
