We are looking for an
Autobody Shop Foreman to join our growing team. Do you have a passion for automobiles? Do you enjoy seeing your hard work restore a vehicle back to it's full glory? If so, then this is the opportunity for you

This position would be great for you if you have been working in the auto body industry and are looking to slow down or have retired and are looking to continue to be involved.

By joining Jaehn's Collision & Restoration Services, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple vehicle platforms; old to new, small to big, the sky is the limit.

This position is right for you, if you:

Have a positive, work ethic
Possess hands on experience and knowledgeable about all stages of auto body repair
Have experience running a successful auto body shop
Experience managing multiple projects at once
Experience training and guiding employees
Take pride in delivering a quality repaired vehicle to the customer
Have a good working knowledge of how to approach repairs on different vehicle platforms
Are willing to work on all different platforms of vehicles
Are a team player
Demonstrate an ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced and collaborative work environment
Are an independent and creative thinker when approaching problems
Approach repair jobs with efficiency
Take pride in your workspace, collaborating with other automotive technicians and shop employees to ensure a high degree of cleanliness and order in the repair area(s)
Work well under pressure and can manage deadlines
