- Identify and assess current and future training and development needs for the residents of all six communities.
- Plan, organize, develop, and implement trainings for the La Ronge Band communities and Agency's clients.
- Determine the training requirements, coordinate with trainers, and establish a training schedule.
- Complete follow-up of activities related to trainings provided by the Agency.
- Prepare reports, maintain program/project records and statistical information.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A certificate in Office Administration will be preferred.
- Background in training methodology.
- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient computer skills; knowledge in MS Office and office technologies.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Must be able to provide a recent and satisfactory Criminal Record check, Driver's Abstract and Child Abuse Record check.
