We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our client's team as Cannabis Brand Ambassador located in Toronto.

As a brand ambassador, you will represent the company and promote cannabis products at various events and locations.

You will maintain and develop a sales territory with a defined sales goal along as being responsible for educating consumers on products by providing an exceptional customer experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Ability to travel within Canada (75% in Ontario and 25% across Canada). Travel 4 out of 5 days a week for inperson lead prospecting and outside sales calls.
  • Conduct inperson meetings and convert prospects into sales.
  • Develop new and existing accounts to expand business through facetoface interaction.
  • Identify sales opportunities and competitive advantages in the market place.
  • Maintain and develop customer relations to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Draft and present proposals highlighting features and benefits of our products.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree, diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Have a minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in the cannabis/alcohol industry.
  • Previous brand ambassador experience a plus
  • Cannabis retail experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with all cannabis regulations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Background check required

Salary: 60K + commissions
