Boeing Canada Operations Ltd., is seeking
Entry Level
Business Support Staff, reporting directly to the Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) Regional Leader for Canada and Latin America (CLA), working out of the
Ottawa office.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Assists operations management and compliance, Business Support services and traveler assistance for multiple delegated business activities such as Enterprise Services, Site Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Supplier Management.
  • Responds to routine or basic processes to support local hire employees and international assignees and accomplish a task.
  • Assists with facilities operations and administration, nonrealproperty project administration, property administration and facilities provisioning activities.
  • Assists with routing recurring accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax or other business objectives through collecting, processing and distributing cost or financial data.
  • Aides with processes and procedures for safeguarding people, property, information and the environment while becoming familiar with compliance standards.
  • Assists in compiling data from various sources.
  • Aides in event support and executive visits.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • Must be legally able to work in Canada
  • Must be eligible to handle US exportcontrolled data
  • Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
  • Must be willing and eligible to work on Canadian government and defenserelated programs.
  • Must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment
  • Must be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):


  • Postsecondary education
  • Demonstrate high standards and integrity to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Advanced communication (reading, writing and speaking) in French.
  • Working knowledge and experience with the Boeing 5Step problem solving model or Lean/SixSigma methodologies.
  • Experience with office/facilities environment Sustainability measures.

Typical Education and Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

Additional Information:

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance Level II from the Canadian government.
