Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and personable server/bartender to join our team at Best Western Plus Leamington.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting delicious cocktails, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
Create and maintain a clean and organized bar/dining area
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Monitor customer intake of alcohol and prevent overconsumption
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders
Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and ingredients
Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Cash handling experience is a plus
Must have a valid smart serve
