- Performing manual labour such as making minor repairs or assisting with maintenance work using tools of the trade
- Operating light motor vehicles in the transport of individuals, supplies, construction and maintenance materials, etc.
- Cleaning, minor maintenance and general care of grounds
- Loading and unloading and performing the necessary manual operation in connection with material being hauled; maintaining records of quantities delivered and picked up and performing related clerical tasks
- Using chainsaws, thinning saws and pole saws to clean brush
- Performing other tasks, as required
- Working evenings, weekends, holidays, shifts and variable hours
- Completion of Grade 10
- Experience in labour work including the use and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Valid Class 5 driver's license as issued by the Province of New Brunswick
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered
- Written and spoken competence in English is required
- Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR certification
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training

Parlee Beach also holds international Blue Flag certification. The campground is located on well-developed grounds with over 210 sites.
