CareKW is a quickly growing healthcare company seeking a qualified individual to join our team in Kitchener, ON.

The Purchasing & Accounts Coordinator will support product sourcing, inventory management, accounts coordination and will assist with new startup projects.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct product research and monitor market activity to make purchase recommendations.
Coordinate sourcing, purchasing and billing with internal departments.
Create and manage purchase orders & invoices for products and services.
Track orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
Monitor inventory levels and supplies across CareKW Locations.
Maintain accurate records of all purchases and expenses.
Generate reports to provide accurate and timely financial data to management.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Relationship management with vendors, service accounts, contractors, social accounts and website.
Assist team with new projects and initiatives as directed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 23 years of Client facing experience is required, in a Sales, Customer Service or Management capacity. Familiarity with healthcare field, inventory management and/or sourcing considered a strong asset.
Bachelor's degree in related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Familiarity with inventory management, or accounting software considered an asset.

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday

On occasion, flexibility to work extended hours to support project start ups may be required on an as needed basis.
