We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our outdoor recreation programs.

• This role involves daily interactions with children ages 3-12, as well as collaboration with team members to ensure a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.

1. Main Responsibilities:

Daily program planning and delivery following flexible planning while enforcing camp rules and policies. Collaboration with colleagues to achieve shared goals of providing excellent customer service ensuring all participants have an enjoyable experience.
