Job Description:

Talan Canada is growing and looking to strengthen its teams with Scrum Master for the Montréal office, able to work with clients in several industries.

Hybrid working schedule.

Qualifications:

As Scrum Master, you may have experience in development and adhere to the values of Software Craftsmanship.
You are convinced that the values of Lean and Agility are based on the development of people, and you are able to interact with different people and businesses.
Nice to have: Certification (Scrum or SAFe)
You have evolved in complex environments and have demonstrated to overcome problems.
You have a great notion of commitment and respect for milestones.
Continuous improvement and Innovation.
