In this job you will produce healthier and better-quality food for customers and communities.
Please note the shift requirements for this position include 12-hour continental rotating shifts including some weekends.

THE ROLE:

  • Analyze packaged and incoming product for conformance to customer and company specifications
  • Monitor hygiene, critical control points and adherence to deviations
  • Complete prestartup inspections, microanalysis, calibration checks, and sample collection
  • Contribute to HACCP program development and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently in a cold environment, with strong time management skills
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and mathematical skills
  • Dedication to continual improvement
  • Commitment to team spirit and a positive and safe work environment
