  • 1. Teach, coach and supervise nursing students in classroom, lab and clinical settings.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
  • Participate in the development, maintenance and revision of curriculum.
  • Participate in program, Campus, SaskPolytech, industry and professional or other stakeholder activities.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)

  • 1. Master's degree (applicants with a bachelor's degree must be enrolled and actively participating in a Master's program; completion within three years is a condition of employment) with at least one degree, either graduate or undergraduate in nursing.
  • Eligible for registration (active status) with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
  • Minimum of two years recent and relevant experience as a registered nurse.
  • Effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Small group facilitation skills and leading, modeling and teaching interaction skills.
  • Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
  • Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
  • Demonstrates valuing diversity.**Desired QSA
