    Your new role

    As an
    IT Field Operations Specialist
    , you will be the go-to technical expert across various facilities. You'll provide hands-on support, troubleshoot systems and networks, and ensure seamless IT operations in offices, factories, sorting centers, and other industrial environments. Your role will be critical in maintaining infrastructure, supporting deployments, and driving continuous improvement.

    What you'll need to succeed

    To excel in this role, you'll bring:

    • 5–8 years of experience in IT field or technical support, ideally in industrial or multisite settings.
    • Strong knowledge of
      Windows environments
      ,
      Active Directory
      ,
      Office 365
      , and cloud applications.
    • Hands-on experience with
      network devices
      (switches, routers, firewalls, access points).
    • Solid understanding of
      networking fundamentals
      : TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs, WAN/LAN, Wi-Fi.
    • Familiarity with
      monitoring tools
      (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds) and
      remote support tools

    En tant que
    Spécialiste des opérations IT sur le terrain
    , vous serez l'expert technique de référence sur nos différents sites. Vous fournirez un support technique pratique, résoudrez les problèmes liés aux systèmes et aux réseaux, et veillerez au bon fonctionnement des opérations informatiques dans les bureaux, usines, centres de tri et autres environnements industriels. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour maintenir l'infrastructure, soutenir les déploiements et contribuer à l'amélioration continue.
