We are looking to hire an Intelligent Automation Analyst who will be responsible for the technical analysis of our intelligent automation initiatives and the development of automated workflow processes using our visual drag-and-drop automation tool.


The analyst will serve as a key component of our exciting Intelligent Automation workstream and will work closely with our business stakeholders and our product development team.


The analyst will be responsible for interaction with our clients to understand the scope of work and business rules as communicated by the client, rapid comprehension of these business process rules, documentation of business logic, and development of the automated workflow process using our intelligent automation tool.


The analyst will work with our product development team to describe any additional features required within the product to meet the prescribed business rule, and any potential issues identified during the workflow creation process.

The analyst will also act as a process SME all team members.


The Intelligent Automation Analyst will need to be able to understand the SDLC models and what their specific activities are, deliver a solid set of process analysis and requirements artifacts, understand software development principles and be able to implement automated workflows using a visual automation tool.

The analyst will serve as a team lead and must ensure overall high quality of deliverables and team collaboration.


Responsibilities:


  • A dedicated self regulated and self starter.
  • Responsible for rapid adoption of modern automation analysis tools and automation development tools.
  • Responsible for producing process flow charts and business process documents and automated workflows through the use of these tools.
  • Author technical process requirements documents.
  • Serve as a process SME for project team members.
  • Perform requirements gathering and analysis to include analytical techniques, data gathering techniques, business process, rules and logic, development of implementation plans, development of requirements, JAD sessions and key analytical troubleshooting.
  • Lend support to various business and technology teams as necessary during project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal (i.e. daytoday discussions, team meetings) and written (requirements and design specifications) form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications.
  • Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project task, activity, documentation, time information per internal standards.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities.

Must Haves:

Can speak and work in French and English


Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a similar field
  • Working knowledge with various process analysis tools
  • Working knowledge of modern forms of process automation including RPA
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript programming and other scripting/expression languages
  • Understanding of AI concepts, technologies and strategies
  • Strong business and systems analysis skills and experience with numerous environments and architectures.
  • Experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques (i.e. meetings and JAD sessions).
  • Experience with requirements management, use case and modeling.
  • Demonstrated leadership and attention to detail through prior experience at the strategic and tactical/implementation levels.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills/experience with software development projects.
  • Strong team collaboration skills

Nice to Have:


  • Have experience in Healthcare settings
  • Have experience with Health Information Systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
  • Have experience with Electronic Medical Record Systems (Telus, Oscar,..)

Job Types:

Pay:
$35,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
