Job summary
The Operations & Customer Experience Manager plays a critical role in supporting Love Wellness's day-to-day operations across supply chain, order fulfillment, inventory management and customer service. This role works closely with the Director of Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across DTC and retail channels while maintaining high standards for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Job description
