You will also collaborate with our teams at the Trois-Rivières head office and the Quebec store.

Your missionAs an Ecommerce Merchandiser, you will be responsible for shaping the digital storefront, ensuring that our online customers have access to a well-curated selection of fashion products that align with our brand's identity.

You will play a vital role in driving online sales, increasing conversion rates, and staying ahead of fashion industry trends.


Your responsibilitiesProduct Curation:
Collaborate with product teams to select and curate the online product assortment, considering seasonality, trends, and customer preferences within the fashion industry;

Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are in stock and available for online shoppers, and collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize stock levels;

Visual Merchandising:
Create and maintain a visually appealing and user-friendly online storefront, including product placement, imagery, and merchandising displays;Cross-Selling and Upselling: Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to increase the average order value and customer engagement;

Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze product performance, customer behavior, and sales trends, making data-driven decisions to improve product listings and recommendations;

Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on fashion industry trends and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement;

Content Collaboration:
Partner with the content and marketing teams to ensure product descriptions, images, and videos align with the brand's messaging and style;User Experience (UX): Enhance the online shopping experience by collaborating with UX designers to improve navigation, search functionality, and overall website performance;

Promotional Campaigns:
Coordinate with marketing teams to align product merchandising with promotional campaigns and product launches.

Your soft skills Strong understanding of fashion trends, customer preferences, and online retail best practice;Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills;Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;Excellent communication and collaboration skills;Creative thinking to optimize product presentation and drive sales;Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Your know how

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in ecommerce merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry;
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and inventory management systems;
