Maintenance Manager
Days Inn & Suites - Sherwood Park, located at 201 Palisades Way in Sherwood Park, requires a full-time
Maintenance Manager for our 115-room hotel. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the
Maintenance Manager would join our hotel team dedicated to providing superior service to our guests.

Excellent communication skills and a team player
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Adaptability and flexibility combined with a commitment to accuracy and detail
Self-starter and able to work with mínimal supervision
Wide variety of repair and maintenance capabilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for repairs and maintenance for equipment, appliances and building
Troubleshooting and minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
Troubleshooting and minor repairs on plumbing systems
Troubleshooting and minor repairs on appliances
Minor repairs on furniture, floor coverings, doors and wallpaper
Snow removal and minor parking lot maintenance
Landscaping and exterior cleanliness
Coordinate with external contractors on larger repair and renovation projects
On call during non-working hours for emergencies only
Some in city vehicular travel required to purchase materials and supplies

Salary:
$47,000.00 per year
