Requirements:


  • Bilingual (French Canadian & English).
  • Basic knowledge of Quickbase an asset.

  • Review of company security polices with employees when required so that procedures pertaining to customer assets entrusted in our care are followed to mitigate the potential of loss of said assets.

Role Summary:
The Field Resource Support member is responsible for Daily support of the Branches under your charge.

  • Covering when fellow team members are on leave, responsible for their branches until their return.
  • Responsible for the safe keeping of customer Key / software assets stored in the office safes. Ensure everything is always secured when not in the office.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of inventory of customer assets within the branches under your charge. Customer assets include access Keys, access cards access FOBs, Customer software, assigned via Key Management Database program.
  • Inventory of NCR assets assigned to various employees, Laptops, smartphones, work tools into the Key Management Database program.
  • Monitor Access incident reports. Escalate issues accordingly to respective account support representatives to resolve problems reported in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with customer account support representatives as a go between to aid in the support of our customer commitment agreements.
  • Liaise with Global security representatives when updates / changes need to be made when site security risks change. Also assist if security related requests are asked of them for areas under your charge.
  • When required, manage and distribute newly released customer software, customer keys, customer access cards, etc. to be distributed to branches under your charge as per requirements.
  • Performing technician asset audits to ensure all company and customer assets assigned, are in their possession. Complete auditing of customer financial key rings, alarm FOBs, access cards, customer assigned software and other assigned tools and documents. This is to ensure what they have in their inventory is what is being accounted for. Also review of security policy and procedures make sure they are followed to mitigate the possible loss of assets. While performing audits, you will do ring cleanups for temporarily attached keys ensuring the obsolete keys are removed, and other various related tasks during the audit process. You will work with the territory manager to ensure all audits are completed by the end of each quarter. Any discrepancies, to be brought up to their respective TM.
  • Travel will be required on occasion to complete quarterly audits for outoftown branches under your charge. You will perform ring cleanups for temporarily attached keys ensuring the obsolete keys are removed, and other various related tasks during the audit process.
  • Responsible for sending quarterly audit forms to contractor branches under your charge. They will in turn submit completed audit forms to be entered into the Key management database. You will work with the territory manager to ensure all audits are returned and completed by the end of each quarter. Any discrepancies, to be brought up to their respective TM.
  • When new employees are hired, you will go through the Kit assignment process. Review of NCR security policy and procedures, ensuring they understand / follow all procedures that are in place as per security policy and customer requirements.
  • When employees leave / are terminated. Ensure all NCR / Customer assets are returned prior to the employee leaving. Any discrepancies, to be brought up to the TM in charge.
  • Management of customer location 'Tags' that are populated for all sites under your charge. Updating of tag locations for new installs to be done in ES Oracle and Key management database.
  • Monthly updating of site listing files on SharePoint site, so that dispatchers have access to all updated changes made prior.

Telecom Duties include:

  • New phone assignments in branches under your charge. Covering when fellow team members are on leave, responsible for fulfilling telecom requests until their return.
