Client Support Assocate

What does a Client Support Associate do at Fiserv?

What you will do:

Build and maintain partnerships with the Relationship Managers, Client Service Advisors, and other client support teams to drive operational excellence and achieve the service expectations of the Clients.
Individual will function as a liaison between Fiserv and its clients/customers, working to resolve problems and ensure services and solutions are delivered as expected adhering to established SLA's.
May be asked to service at risk merchants through proactive and reactive retention program adhering to established SLA's.
May be asked to support replacement requests that come in through Client Services and to see them through from start to finish.
Participate in discussions and performs testing for projects related to POS deployment, manage onsite install requests, and incident tracking.

What you will need to have:

High school graduate/GED
2+ years industry experience in a customer facing role
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Office
Bilingual
English and French
