Description
Our CASL Surface Technologies division is a corrosion and wear solutions provider with over 25 years of experience, and we are looking to add to our growing team at our Nisku Facility


General Labourer
As an entry level position, General Labourers will get exposure to a variety of departments.

After demonstrating the ability to work safely and with others in a team, General Labourers are often placed in a specific department for further training and development of skills depending on the business need and individual's goals.


Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in general shop cleanliness and organization
  • Assist machine operators, mechanics, and other workers
  • Moving and handling material using forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Assist with yard receiving and organization
  • Empty garbage bins

Other requirements are:


  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to carry out duties without constant supervision
  • Ability to manually lift 50 lbs
  • A commitment to safety and efficiency
  • All required training will be provided onsite

Departments that Labourers may assist in:

  • Wash Bay
  • Thermal Sprayer
  • Hydraulics
  • Honer
  • Painter
  • Polisher
  • Shipping Receiving
(Note:
previous experience in any of the above would be beneficial but not mandatory)
