Executive Director, Intake and Investigations

The Executive Director spearheads the development and implementation of effective intake, investigative, and early resolution strategies to deliver timely, fair, thorough, and impartial services in alignment with diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and reconciliation commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Provides expert advice to senior management on service delivery, policy development, jurisdiction, current issues, trends, and best practices.
• Leads strategic relationships with government ministries, public sector entities, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Social Work, Public Administration).
• At least 10 years of extensive investigative experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively more senior management roles.
