Ideal candidate will be responsible for shipping, warehousing, distribution and traffic functions to obtain on time delivery of product to customers ensuring customer satisfaction and receiving of goods in an efficient manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• Secondary degree and/or any relevant courses.
• Fork lift license(clamp truck license beneficial)

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in the completion of traffic and customs documentation
• Experience in shipping and warehousing
• Good knowledge of office procedures
• Operation of lift trucks
• Must be computer literate

DUTIES

• Manage inventory
• Keep computerized records for inventory control current
• Physical audit to compare records to actual counts for fiscal year and quarterly
• Manages warehouse activities ensuring efficient storage of finished goods
• Direct shipping finished goods to meet customers schedule
• Set shipping schedule to meet deadlines
• Prepare releases from inventory finished goods upon receipt of documentation
• Initiates docket close out
• Maintains shipping/receiving departments supplies inventory
• Matching PO's to received goods
• Check incoming materials
• Works closely with Customer Service, Pressroom, BinderyMust have a pleasant disposition and able to work independently or in a team environment.
