Responsibilities:


  • Complete all required documentation, including time sheets, expense reports, and dues allocation forms.
  • Assist with making travel arrangements as needed.
  • Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for staff.
  • Coordinate with staff for annual review of job performance.
  • Order officerelated supplies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English language skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask, time manage, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to change and continuously seeking out improvements to existing processes.
  • Polished and professional business communication skills.
  • Quick learner and works well independently and in a team setting.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint)

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
