Role Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management, the Product Management Co-op will support the enhancement of our customer lifecycle management program, and the growth of the PC Money Account.
They will assist in the development and implementation of portfolio management strategies (including early tenure & existing customer lifecycle management) to engage PC Financial customers and help their hard-earned money go further.
What You'll Do:
- Manage marketing campaign execution, including defining test audiences, and monitoring performance
- Identify opportunities within the Customer Lifecycle Management program to enhance targeting and offer strategy to support business objectives
- Hone your financial and business analysis skills by contributing to campaign postmortems, synthesizing the learnings to make product strategy recommendations
- Analyze research and internal data to gain an understanding of customer insights, evaluate the competitive landscape and identify product growth opportunities
What You'll Need:
- Completed either 2nd or 3rd year of University studies in a Business or Engineering Field
- Ideally has previous experience in product management (either from project work in school, previous summer or coop placements)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, with attention to detail and personal accountability to ensure accuracy of produced results
- Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and effectively communicate your solutions
- Ability to prioritize and independently execute assigned work
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Ability to communicate information in creative, concise and easytounderstand ways for a variety of audiences
