The Customer Service Support Specialist ensures that projects run smoothly, from the design stage to the receipt of the document confirming the customer's satisfaction with the installation follow-up.

As a Customer Service Support Specialist, your main tasks will be to:
Coordinate projects with all departments within the company.
Ensure that you have all the information you need to submit and create the project in the system.

Manage the customer relationship from the first customer call through to project completion, including after sales or warranty issues with distributor orders.

Ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Experience in customer service.
Good general computer knowledge.
Professional approach in both English and French.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Quality oriented.
