    If you're passionate about electronics manufacturing

    If you're an expert in PCB assembly, testing, and troubleshooting, and

    You should be passionate and knowledgeable about:

    • Handling printed circuit boards (PCBs) and assembling them into a finished product;
    • Soldering SMT and through-hole components;
    • Troubleshooting and repairing circuit boards;
    • Testing PCBA subassemblies and finished products;
    • Verbal and written communication in English and French;
    • And if you are IPC certified, so much the better;

    And this is what we'd expect of you:

    • Assemble PCBs and mechanical components into a finished VFD;
    • Modify and repair circuit boards by replacing SMT and through-hole components;
    • Test subassemblies and finished products prior to customer delivery;
    • Troubleshoot and repair in-process failures and implement corrective actions as required;
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to diagnose complex in-process and field-failures;
    • Assist in the development and deployment of automated test fixtures;

    Experience requirements:

    • Assembly of circuit boards and mechanical components into a finished product: 1 year
    • Testing and troubleshooting circuit board assemblies: 1 year
    • Soldering electronic components to the IPC class 2 standard: 1 year (preferred)

    Language requirement

    • French (preferred)

    The hiring process for this position will consist of 3 interviews:

    • 1st interview with HR representative - 20 minutes via Google Meet - General discussion, confirmation of interest
    • 2nd interview with the department's head - 30 minutes via Google Meet - General technical discussion
    • 3rd interview with your future colleagues and supervisor - 1 hour on-site - In-depth technical discussion + tour of the office

    • We expected people to come a majority of their time to the office
    • Bus stops for lines 35, 36, and 71 are just outside the office. It is also a 10-minute walk away from the Lucien l'Allier metro station (Orange line) and a 10-minute bus (lines 35 and 36) to Lionel-Groulx (Green and Orange lines)
