Responsibilities:


  • Represent mySolar professionally by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energy
  • Manage a solar kiosk at a big name retail location
  • Ensure a positive and highquality customer experience through all interactions
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
  • Educate homeowners in a retail location about solar and register them to receive a free solar report for their home

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Coachable and selfmotivated
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Able to perform with mínimal supervision
  • Resourceful; able to multitask, problemsolve, and prioritize
  • Must be available for evenings and Saturdays
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • 1+ years of experience in sales

Salary:
From $1,000.00 per week


Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
