Contract Administrator - Full Time, Permanent


Duties:


  • Initiate, Organize and Complete contracts and related documentation.
  • Review and analyze contract terms and conditions
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and deadlines
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract administration
  • Ensure advisors are licensed.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Skills:


  • Proficiency in using Apexa for Contracting
  • Experience with using Virtgate/wealthserve software is an asset
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Please note:
This is an in person position.

The Contract Administrator will be working out of either our Toronto or Mississauga office ( Monday to Friday) from 9 am to 6 pm.

Salary:
$35,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
