Atlas Machining manufactures a variety of metal products in Innisfail, AB.

We are looking for an individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, completing a variety of office and shop duties.

This role will involve components of purchasing, shipping (packaging parts), receiving, processing orders, communicating with customers and general administrative duties.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to learn quickly on computers working with shop software (E2 shoptech), microsoft excel and outlook.
• Ability to record quality control information accurately.
• Organizing shipping documents and packaging.
• Contacting vendors for quotes.
• Completing and sending purchase orders.
• Receiving and processing orders.
• Occasional deliveries within central Alberta (driver's license is an asset)
• Ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of steel products / MTR's an asset but not required.
• Be able to handle items weighing up to 40 pounds (occasionally)
• Ability to work effectively and cohesively in a team environment.
• Must have a positive attitude, be willing to accept feedback.
• Be willing to identify both problems and solutions in the workplace
