    Airswift is seeking a Learning and Development (Systems) Coordinator to work with one of our clients in the Petrochemical industry in Calgary, AB on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

    We are seeking a Coordinator, Learning and Development (Systems) to support our Learning and Development team within Human Resources. This position will establish and monitor conformance to corporate Learning Management System (LMS) use policies and procedures and sustain the LMS to ensure reliability and functionality and manage the administration of corporate learning assignments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the management of SuccessFactors LMS, through governance of policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the LMS
    • Lead the (ongoing) implementation of the LMS Business Case (e.g., eliminating external LMSs) and identify new opportunities
    • Provide leadership and expertise in the technical configuration and end-user support for the LMS that impacts all lines of business at Company
    • Lead stakeholders on the sustainment and evolution of the LMS Coach and educate stakeholders on the benefits of using LMS
    • Build effective support relationships to ensure end-user satisfaction with and benefit from the LMS Proactively recommend current and future learning management system features that align with business requirements
    • Collaborate with IT to ensure the security and reliability of the LMS
    • Propose, adapt and integrate LMS functionality and solutions into learning programs by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track learning and measure performance to meet organizational objectives
    • Manage user roles and administer the assignment of appropriate permissions by user type Manage corporate learning assignments
    • Monitor the uploading of learning content contributed by various stakeholders to ensure alignment with Company's standards and procedures
    • Provide high-level support and troubleshooting to regional administrators Develop and sustain all learning material related to LMS

    Qualifications:

    • University graduate with 5 - 7 years related experience and continued professional development Experience and demonstrated competence with SuccessFactors LMS
    • A self-starter with the ability to take on new challenges
    • Ability and desire to lead the definition and implementation of standardized enterprise-wide solutions
    • Demonstrated systems thinking focus with strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate and assess design alternatives
    • Solid understanding of HR Programs, key business processes, practices and policies
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Strong customer service skills with a drive for resolution and results
    • Proven time management and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

    Additional Information:

    • This position provides the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays each week, with the requirement to report to the primary Company work location on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
    • This position is for at least 6 months with the possibility of an extension
