Founded in 1958, Dupar Controls Inc., is recognized as a world leader in the elevator push-button technology.

Currently, we have an opening for a Customer Service Representative in our offices located in Cambridge.

The main responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

- entering orders into our ERP (SYSPRO)

  • Most work is performed in the office, but occasional requirement to enter the warehouse to check the status of parts
  • Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied
  • Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service
  • Learn the internal software system SYSPRO to be able to communicate effectively with incoming enquiries
  • Maintain a record of incoming enquiries, to be able to reference at a later date
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback to other departments to improve sales, marketing and business processes
  • Become familiar with the product inside and out to respond to any customer questions
The incumbent may also be required to work on other assignments as and when necessary.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Be detail oriented
  • Strong computer and keying skills: good understanding of Microsoft Office and ERP systems

From $35,000.00 per year
