Requirements
Nous recherchons un(e) Administrateur(trice) du support technique proactif(ve) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe du studio de Montréal. Relevant du Superviseur du support technique sous la responsabilité du VP Technologie, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le maintien et l'amélioration de notre infrastructure technique à travers nos différents studios, tout en offrant un soutien aux employés sur site et à distance. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne qui s'épanouit dans un environnement créatif et dynamique et qui est passionnée par la prestation d'un support technique de haut niveau.
Ce poste nécessite une présence sur place à notre studio de Montréal.
Ce que vous ferez :
Surveiller et gérer les files de tickets du service desk, en assurant la résolution rapide ou l'escalade appropriée des demandes
Fournir un support technique avancé pour les postes de travail, ordinateurs de bureau et périphériques utilisés par les équipes de production et les artistes, sur site et à distance
Configurer, déployer et maintenir les systèmes de postes de travail, incluant les environnements Windows, macOS et Linux
Administrer les comptes utilisateurs, les permissions et les stratégies de groupe via Active Directory
Collaborer avec l'équipe TI senior afin de soutenir et d'améliorer les systèmes réseau, de stockage et les postes terminaux du studio
Mettre en œuvre et documenter des processus standardisés d'imagerie, de déploiement et de mise à jour des postes
Assurer une documentation adéquate des procédures de support, des configurations systèmes et des guides utilisateurs
Participer au support des outils d'accès à distance tels que Teradici, TGX, VPN et autres solutions similaires
Participer aux rotations de garde et fournir du support en dehors des heures normales lorsque requis
Identifier des pistes d'amélioration des processus de support aux postes de travail et recommander des solutions
Encadrer et soutenir les membres juniors de l'équipe afin de favoriser leur développement
Effectuer toute autre tâche TI ou projet spécial assigné
Ce que vous apportez :
3+ années d'expérience en support aux postes de travail ou en administration TI, idéalement dans un environnement VFX, animation ou production créative
Excellente connaissance de Windows 10/11, d'Active Directory et de l'administration des utilisateurs et des postes
Connaissance fonctionnelle de macOS et Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu de préférence)
Familiarité avec les outils de bureau à distance et de virtualisation tels que Teradici, TGX ou équivalents
Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à diagnostiquer efficacement des enjeux matériels, logiciels et réseau
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et relations interpersonnelles, avec un fort sens du service à la clientèle
Expérience avec des outils de déploiement logiciel et d'imagerie (ex. MDT, Clonezilla, etc.)
Excellentes habitudes de documentation et grande attention aux détails
Capacité à soulever et déplacer de l'équipement pouvant peser jusqu'à 50 lb
Autonomie et capacité d'adaptation, avec une approche collaborative orientée vers la réussite de l'équipe
Passion pour la technologie, l'amélioration continue des processus et le maintien d'un haut niveau de service
Disponibilité pour travailler selon des horaires flexibles et participer à une rotation de garde

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Support Administrator to join our Montreal studio team. Reporting to the Technical Support Supervisor under the VP of Technology, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our technical infrastructure across studio locations while supporting both on-site and remote employees. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-tier technical support.
This role requires in-studio attendance at our Montreal studio.
What You Will Be Doing:
Monitor and manage service desk queues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of support tickets
Provide advanced technical support for desktops, workstations, and peripheral hardware used by production staff and artists, both on-site and remotely
Configure, deploy, and maintain desktop systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies through Active Directory
Collaborate with senior IT staff to support and improve the studio's network, storage, and endpoint systems
Implement and document standardized desktop imaging, deployment, and patching processes
Ensure proper documentation of support procedures, system configurations, and user guides
Help support Teradici, TGX, VPNs, and other remote access tools
Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
Identify areas for improvement in desktop support processes and recommend solutions
Mentor and assist junior support staff, fostering growth within the team
Perform other IT duties and special projects as assigned
What You Bring With You:
3+ years experience in desktop support or IT administration, preferably in a VFX, Animation, or creative production environment
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and user/workstation administration
Working knowledge of macOS and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu preferred)
Familiarity with remote desktop and virtualization tools such as Teradici, TGX, or similar
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues efficiently
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
Experience with software deployment tools and imaging systems (e.g., MDT, Clonezilla, etc.)
Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
Self-motivated and adaptable, with a collaborative approach to team success
Passionate about technology, process improvement, and maintaining high standards of service
Willingness to work flexible hours and support rotating on-call shifts
