Who we are:
Utilismart Corporation has created and operates its own secure, cloud-based Meter Data Management (MDM) system along with a wide range of AMI/AMR software solutions and data services for Utilities, Municipalities, Commercial and Industrial and Residential consumers.
What you'll do:
- Work with data operations team to support customers through accurate and timely delivery of Utilismart Solutions
- Promote positive customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction
- Operate meter data collection systems and Utilismart proprietary systems
- Conduct data quality audits
- Prepare various reports and proactively identify and resolve any outstanding issues
What you'll bring:
- Strong interpersonal skills and oral/written communication skills, as well as excellent analytical skills, mathematical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- The ability to problemsolve in a complex environment with attention to deadlines.
- Database and SQL experience considered an asset
- Postsecondary diploma or degree in technical, computer science or business and/or equivalent experience is required
