Overview:


Our Commercial Multi-National team is hiring As the Client Solutions Manager, reporting to the AVP of Client Solutions, you will be working directly with our multi-national clients in delivering the world-class customer service Gallagher is so well known for.

This means you will be managing an existing portfolio of clients - driving the renewal cycle, handling day-to-day policy changes, working on diverse accounts and collaborating with insurers.

Responsibilities:


  • Supporting a designated portfolio of Multi-National Clientele, playing the lead role in business retention and continually building upon customer relationships
  • Review accounts at renewal, taking the vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, remarketing when required and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers
  • Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining the quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client
  • Recognize upselling and crossselling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, working with Account Executives in binding the client
  • Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, staying ahead of new products and policy changes

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to develop deep relationships with clients and build synergy with colleagues

  • Maintaining a keen eye for detail comes easy and is key part of what has made you successful in your past roles
  • Highly techsavvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools and processes
  • 3 to 5 years of Commercial Lines experience with a focus on large multinational accounts, ideally within a brokerage environment
  • Active RIBO License
  • Active Quebec license or willingness to pursue
  • Bilingual (French/English) considered a strong asset
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM or other relevant certifications and or designations are highly valued in this role
  • Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset
