We are currently seeking a
Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our TGA Management Services Ltd. team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide complete janitorial services by dusting, mopping and sweeping floors and surfaces
  • Keep our facilities safe and healthy by sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces
  • Collect and dispose of waste
  • Clean common areas, entrances, stairwells and restrooms
  • Learn industryleading cleaning techniques to achieve consistently highquality results
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing customers' unique need
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Follow all health and safety regulations

Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • Valid G or G2 Driver's License
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability follow all policies and procedures
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills
  • Cleaning experience required
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably
