- Coaching & Team Development: Lead by lifting others. Provide direct mentorship, feedback, and development plans that help team members grow. - 3–5 years of experience in advertising or marketing, with a focus on client management, strategic support, budget management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Strong background in managing integrated campaigns and overseeing multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with mid-to-senior level clients and influence marketing decisions through insight-led recommendations.
- Demonstrated skill in analyzing market trends, business challenges, and competitive landscapes to shape insightful strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills with an ability to translate complexity into clarity for clients and internal teams.
- Financial acumen—comfortable managing budgets, scopes, and financial performance across multiple projects.

The Account Supervisor is a driving force in client leadership at Cossette. They're the trusted partner who owns the day-to-day and sets the bar for strategic thinking and execution. Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $70,000- $75,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for an existing vacancy.
