The position of
Waterproofing and Foundation Repair Technician consists of coordinating tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability.

The technician will assign duties and is responsible for monitoring the progress of a project and keeping it on track from a time and budgetary standpoint.

What is required to join our team as a Waterproofing Specialist

• You will have a minimum of (3) years of Waterproof experience
• You will have experience leading other technicians and communicating with customers.
• You will install our products and services with the support of the rest of the team
• You will have experience in providing exceptional customer experience
• You will be a team player willing to do whatever it takes to win for your installation team
• You listen well and follow instructions closely
• You believe the highest form of praise is a customer who is so happy with the work you have done so that they want to tell their neighbors and friends
• You will grind it out every day knowing that hard work is rewarded
• You are able to work in a physically demanding job lifting and carrying more than 50lb on a regular basis.
• You have a valid and clean drivers license/record

Experience Required
Only applicants who have waterproofing or foundation experience will be considered and responded to.

Training related to Supreme Basement Solutions' superior products and installation techniques will be provided - but previous leadership and foundation experience will be required.
