Rentokil-Terminix is currently seeking an experienced Invoicing/AR Clerk expert to be a part of our fast-paced collections team. The position will be based out of our office in Calgary (# th Ave SE Calgary, AB T2C 5E9). The Invoicing/AR Clerk will be responsible for the management of collections within an assigned territory.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:


  • Responsible for invoicing/ data entry pricing for assigned techs & subcontractors etc.
  • Must have Excel knowledge to provide monthly reports to customers with special requests.
  • Verify all info in Pest Pac against work ticket filled out by tech or tech notes in Pestpac.
  • Address any problems with info in Pestpac obtained by tech immediately.
  • Ensure PO numbers from clients have been entered and pricing in Pestpac is correct.
  • Check Pronto Forms and Pestpac orders daily and Invoice orders daily
  • Month end deadlines: All invoicing must be completed by noon of third business day of the following month.
  • Print invoice batches daily
  • Knowledge of Vendor Portals is an asset
  • Weekly clean up of Pestpac (hanging orders) such as cancellations.
  • Sundry duties as requested.
Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain current and accurate customer accounts and other filings
  • Assist service department in investigating customer questions/issues related to entering orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned
  • Ensure monthend procedures are followed and deadlines met

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of invoicing/data entry experience in a fastpaced professional environment
  • Very accurate data entry skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with others
  • Must be reliable, punctual and professional
  • Must be able to follow instructions well
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Excellent proof reading abilities
