Quality Assurance Representative - Regina, Canada - Access Communications Co-operative Ltd
Description
As a Quality Assurance Representative you will be responsible for:
1) Making outbound calls to existing customers and recording key data for:
- Inbound customer visits by a technician and confirming that service standards are followed.
- Access Communications Net Promoter Score.
2) Making outbound courtesy calls for customer accounts that:
- Go into Final Demand billing.
- Have a returned payment item.
- Have returned billing invoices.
Hourly rate is $15.55/ hour.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Clear Criminal Record Check.
