Description

As a Quality Assurance Representative you will be responsible for:

1) Making outbound calls to existing customers and recording key data for:

  • Inbound customer visits by a technician and confirming that service standards are followed.
  • Access Communications Net Promoter Score.

2) Making outbound courtesy calls for customer accounts that:

  • Go into Final Demand billing.
  • Have a returned payment item.
  • Have returned billing invoices.
Hours of work will be approximately 18-20 hours per week. Hours are flexible, predominately evening shifts between 3pm - 8:30pm.

Hourly rate is $15.55/ hour.

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Clear Criminal Record Check.
