+ Work closely with fractional CFO on forecasting,budgeting,& financial reporting
+ Review/approve all invoices/project agreements/expenses/accounts receivable/vendor payments+ Takes CEO's ideas & long-term direction into actionable strategic path for White Canvas+ Ensure leaders understand & buy into company vision,strategic priorities,+ Identify/manage/mitigate risk (legal/financial/operational/people/reputational) to protect company assets,+ Directly manage/support Business Development Manager holding revenue targets/pipeline health/sales performance accountable+ Balance growth ambitions with sustainable margins/resourcing/operaional capacity.+ Serve as senior leader for management team,
+ Conduct monthly 1:1s with direct middle management reports,
+ Oversee HR responsibilities for leadership team members including performance management/goal setting/compensation input/succession planning+ Act as senior representative of White Canvas at industry events,
