  • Friday 9 a.m. 6 p.m.

Responsibilities:

In the position of Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following;

  • Answering all incoming phone calls relating to residential curbside collection call enquiries.
  • Resolve the residential enquiries and or work with the residential supervisor for a resolution to the enquiries.
  • Track all incoming phone enquiries on a daily basis and their resolution for submittal to CMO/RLG daily (CMO/RLG overseers of residential blue box collection).
  • Liaison with the representative(s) from CMO/RLG for the administration of the contract reporting requirements.
  • Additional monthly reporting requirements to track and submit including but not limited to completed daily routes, tonnages collected and shipped.
  • Cross train with our commercial customer service to fill in and assist as required with these lines of business reporting and phone enquiries.
  • Other administration duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Previous Customer Service experience would be an asset.
  • You must have excellent computer skills.
  • You have an excellent attendance and performance record as well as proven team building skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and good organizational skills are mandatory.
  • You must be available to work extended hours and Saturdays when required.
