In order to support our growth, the agency is currently looking for a Brand Experience Manager, based in our Toronto office.


The Brand Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing a number of national accounts regarding the planning and execution of experiential and digital campaigns for leading Canadian and global brands.

Responsibilities will include leading all day-to-day client communications, account team management, budgeting, and reporting.


RESPONSIBILITES
Playing a strategic and logístical role in bringing our client's brands to life in the XM landscape
Managing day to day client communication
Writing and presenting proposals, timelines, budgets and final reports
Conducting market and competitor analysis reports
Leading agreements with various external suppliers
Creating distinctive brand experiences by participating in ideation sessions with the creative team
Writing in-house studio briefs and supervising the production
Ensuring collaboration and communication between the various departments: i.e. i.e. digital, creative, HR, etc.
Meeting and exceeding expectations for each mandate
Identifying business opportunities for the development of the agency


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Between 1 to 3 years of experience in client management and event logistics.
Agency experience, an asset
Sales experience, an asset
Strong financial management capacity
Entrepreneurial profile
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Great sense of the logistics of the marketing of goods
Excellent leadership and high resistance to stress
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Results-oriented and attention to detail
Must be available occasionally in the evening and on weekends
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
