The Opportunity

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking knowledge transfer manager to join our established and growing team in Toronto.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Maintaining an organizational outlook of the projects versus the necessary skill levels required, identify high priority areas where attention is required.
Continuously recording best practices on both the subway projects and drawing on external project experience via MCS contacts.
Facilitating incorporation of best practices into SSE and YNSE operations.
Establishing best practice development training, including leadership initiatives to enable personnel development.
Involving in multifunction project or task teams and monitor best practice implementation.
Fostering collaboration and communication with the IPDT and Dev Co towards this common goal.
Owning the relevant KPI.

About You

You have demonstrated experience working with lessons learned and training activities.

You provide key support to the team engaged in evaluating project KPIs and risks to them, challenging and adding to the KRA definitions.

You have a passion for team engagement and making a positive impact in a team.

You have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including internal and external partners and the public.

You have strong computer skills including using collaborative apps and video conferencing tools. You have excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to present in person, over the phone and online presentations. You have independent thinking and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You lead by example. You have post-secondary education in engineering, communications or education.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated construction teams. You will be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
