Summary:
Blue Falls Manufacturing ("BFM") is urgently seeking a full-time Dealer Support Representative to join its Supply Chain and Logistics team at its corporate headquarters in Thorsby Alberta Street, T0C 2P0).
We are looking for a highly organized individual who thrives under pressure and who can manage shifting priorities with relative ease.

- Receive and process Dealers' parts orders
- Communicate with Dealers; respond to any questions or concerns (i.e. product/shipping issues)
- Schedule outgoing product shipments
- Plan space on loads
- Organize between multiple dealers to put together full truckloads; occasionally ship LTL (Less-ThanTruckload)
- Track current shipments and maintain records of past shipments
- Process BOLs (Bills of Landing)
- Schedule incoming product; follow raw materials orders and track arrivals
- Coordinate internal loads (incoming and outgoing shipments resulting from intercompany orders/transfers between Blue Falls Mfg. Canada and Blue Falls USA
- Continual coordination with Yard, Parts/Warehouse, Sales, Warranty, and Production
Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledgeable in customs and logistics
- Ability to readily learn company's product line(s) and production schedule
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Service oriented and professional
- Strong listening and problem solving skills
- Excellent manual dexterity and computing proficiency
- Focused with attention to detail
- Team player; ability to coordinate with multiple departments and other company divisions
- Selfmotivated and ability to work with limited supervision in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
Computer Proficiency:
- Familiarity with ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning systems); Working knowledge of Business Central 2018 ("BC18") considered an asset
- Internal inventory system
- IA (Inside Arctic); cross reference with other company data sources
- Asana
- Proficiency in MS Applications, specifically Excel
Experience
- 13 years' experience in an administrative support role within logistics/shipping/receiving
- 13 years' customer service experience
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Some training, education, or certification in supply chain and logistics considered an asset
Work Environment/Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30AM 4:00PM
- Office setting
Other:
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation to commute to and from work
Salary:
$24.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
